To select an answer, click the circle corresponding to your choice.

To change an answer, click a circle different from what is currently selected.

To delete an answer, click the currently selected circle again.

When all of the questions of a section have been answered, click next to continue.

If you encounter a yes or no question, click the circle for your chose answer.

For open ended questions, click the field and type your answer.

When all questions have been answered, click the save button to submit your survey.
